The Don Eli micro mill is owned by the Monetero family and is located between San Marco and Santa Maria, Tarrazu. They process incredible coffees from their farms at the Don Eli Micro.

This coffee is crafted using a customized double anaerobic process by Tetsu Kasuya. Our take on this 2024 Catuai varietal delivers a rich and layered flavor experience, featuring notes of Plum, Cherries, Wine & Yogurt creaminess.
